River Valley Historic Venue is a modern industrial event space perfect for up to 150 guests. Completely and expertly renovated, our building boasts state of the art lighting, sound, and HVAC systems, all while maintaining its original rustic character.
We Provide
3,300 square feet of endless possibilities. Featuring original vintage wood floors, exposed beams, soaring 12 ‘ ceilings and wall-to-wall Cream City brick, warmly illuminated by a flood of natural light. The epitome of authentic Milwaukee.
Key features include glass garage door, customizable interior and exterior lighting, ceiling grid to hang florals and other décor, as well as festoon Edison bulb string lighting.
As a team, we represent over twenty years of experience in hospitality and host events as unique as our clients.

We’ve done the homework for you and only work with the most high quality, experienced vendors. The Milwaukee event vendor community is very tightly knit, and extremely relationally based- meaning, we are good people who like to work with other good people.
You will be provided with a carefully curated list of Milwaukee’s brightest talent and we will guide you to the ones best suited for your vision, and of course, budget.
In addition to a list of our preferred catering and bar services, we would love to point you to some of our absolute favorite vendors that we love working with. We focus on supporting and uplifting fellow small businesses of the area, whenever possible. We hope you will too!
